Commissioned in 1986, our powder plant partner was designed with multifunction capability in mind. The process consists of an MKT two-effect evaporator with single-stage finisher and Niro two-stage compact dryer with integrated fluid-bed technology. Both are European design and very energy efficient. The dryer is the first two-stage compact dryer installed in the United States.

The evaporation system is capable of processing 60,000 pounds an hour of skim or whole milk. The dryer is capable of producing a variety of products including whole milk powder, instant whole milk powder, nonfat dry milk powder, instant nonfat dry milk powder, dry whey powder and other specialty powders.

Once the product is dried it can be packaged in a variety of 25-kg bags or in various sizes of large tote bags.

All finished products meet strict quality assurance guidelines. Customer-specific testing is available and certificate of analysis is supplied upon request. Our organic powder is EU certified, organic certified and kosher certified.
